 The item(s)
ordered will be held once you have acknowledged the invoice. Items are
held, pending payment, for 3 calendar days from the original order date. After that, they will be returned to inventory for sale.
Note: if the order form doesn't pop-up for
you to complete, please email with your name, shipping address and desired
items.
Payment
California residents: payment must
pay the applicable sales tax or provide a valid resale number and
signed resale certificate.
Check or Money Order:
Please make payment, in US dollars, by check, or money order payable to: Elizabeth Rowlands. Items paid by money order will be shipped at
once. If paid by personal check, check clearance is required
before shipping. Checks are accepted for US customers or those
with US banks only. Mailing address is listed below.

Payment:

Shipping
Shipping charges will be paid by the
customer. All items for U.S. customers will be shipped via USPS priority mail,
insured, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Shipping charges will be
detailed in the Invoice. Signature confirmation is required on
packages valued at more than $250. Sales are considered final 3 days
after delivery if we haven't heard from the buyer.
 For items traveling outside the United States, shipping
methods and the applicable charges will be determined during
the ordering process. Items will be insured and are usually shipped
via USPS International Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that your order may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country, and these are your responsibility. To comply with international shipping laws, packages are shipped with the appropriate customs documentation with the full retail value declared. To avoid loss from theft, contents are described as "used fashion accessories".
Your phone number is required for international shipments.
Please note: if you are an
international customer using a delivery service that reships from the US to
your address, shipping and insurance are handled as a domestic (US) order.
Any damage or loss encountered after delivery to the address of the service
are their or your responsibility.
